Report privately
Use Support & reporting for content, safety, copyright, privacy or payment concerns. You do not need a forum account. Send a page link and a brief description; never copy prohibited content into a report. Reports are available to authorized administrators, not published to Community. Guest contact emails are not proof of account ownership.
Local automated checks
A local assistant reviews website story and chapter text, including server-stored drafts, creator membership descriptions and forum posts, including private forum posts. It flags possible violations for administrators. Serious sexual content, hate or credible real-world threats can be temporarily hidden after two local model checks. This is background review, not a guarantee that material is checked before anyone sees it. Images, attachments and private conversations are not scanned by this version. Models can miss violations or misread context; human review and reconsideration remain available through Support. The assistant cannot ban accounts or make payment decisions.
Human review
The owner or an authorized administrator reviews the reported material and relevant account or membership records. We prioritize suspected child exploitation, threats, nonconsensual intimate material and active financial harm. This is a manually operated service, not an emergency response channel, and we do not promise a fixed response time. We may ask for more information or restrict access while investigating. A report alone does not prove a violation.
Creator membership review
Before a membership offer can accept subscribers, an administrator reviews the creator’s available catalog, proposed benefits, content rules declarations and commercial rights information. Creator payment onboarding requires an adult creator in the United States and Stripe’s checks. Approval of an offer does not approve every future upload. We review subsequent reports and may revisit approved creators. We do not support tips, peer-to-peer transfers or payments without defined content benefits.
Enforcement
Adult sexual content and illegal content are prohibited across public, paid and private areas. Depending on the finding, we can withdraw a website publication, remove or restrict forum content, suspend account access, close new membership signups or stop future renewals. Website and Community controls are handled in their respective administrator tools. We record the reason and action in private review notes. Some payment actions require a separate Stripe operation; marking a report closed does not remove content or refund a payment.
Subscribers’ paid periods must be fulfilled or reviewed for an appropriate remedy. Closing signups alone does not stop existing renewals. We review access restoration or refunds when promised benefits become unavailable. Legal reporting or preservation duties take precedence where applicable.
Reconsideration
Use Support and include the original request reference to ask for reconsideration or provide new information. We explain decisions where appropriate without exposing another person’s private information. A solo-owner review may be performed by the same operator; we do not promise an independent appeals panel.
Limited retention
Closed requests and their review history are removed from the active support database after 90 days unless retained for an active investigation, dispute or legal obligation. Administrators must record why a retention hold is needed and remove it when that need ends. See our privacy policy for other records and backups.
