One creator, one monthly membership
Your selected creator sets a USD price and describes their benefits before checkout. Membership includes that creator’s members-only and early-access chapters while paid access is active. It does not cover other creators, buy permanent ownership of chapters, or promise an unstated release schedule. Free chapters remain free.
Renewal and cancellation
Stripe charges the stated amount monthly until cancellation. Cancel future renewals from Memberships. Access lasts through the period already paid for. A failed renewal does not add another paid period. A successful checkout redirect alone does not unlock content; verified payment confirmation is required.
New prices apply to new members. Your existing subscription keeps its agreed price until it ends; it cannot silently switch to an increased price. Review the benefits before joining and contact the site owner if promised benefits disappear.
Refunds and disputes
Cancellation prevents future charges and does not automatically refund a completed paid period. Contact the site owner for duplicate charges, missing benefits, unauthorized charges or an access problem. Any mandatory consumer rights still apply. If promised benefits become unavailable before the paid period ends, we review restoration or a refund for the unused period. Full refunds remove access for the refunded period. Disputed payments can suspend access pending review.
Creator responsibilities
Creators must be at least 18, hold commercial rights to included material, follow the no-adult-content rules, and complete Stripe onboarding. Initial payment onboarding supports US creators. Vulpenyx proposes a 10% platform fee, separate from Stripe’s fees charged to the creator’s Stripe account. Each connected creator handles their Stripe payment account, business information, tax obligations and refunds with the platform’s assistance.
Closing new signups does not stop existing renewals. Creators must coordinate stopping renewals and settle existing paid access before removing promised benefits or disconnecting Stripe. Scheduled departures and shortened final-period billing are not offered in this initial release; they require a separately reviewed implementation before use.
Payment availability
Live payments open only after required platform approval, payment configuration and creator review. Sandbox checkout is clearly labeled and does not grant access to the live catalog. Web purchases use Stripe-hosted checkout. Previously purchased access is shared with your signed-in iOS account; native purchase options are subject to Apple’s applicable rules.
